Setting up crm users
How to add/edit SprinxCRM user credentials and profile

  1. Log in to your SprinxCRM
  2. Go to "User management"

  3. Display the list of SprinxCRM users

    Note: There is a filter (see marker at the screenshot above) for active/all users.
    ! Only active users count to your licensed number of users. So, you can configure more users and have active only part of them.
    Note: SprinxCRM Online trial let's you to configure up to 5 active users.

  4. You can choose "Create new user", "Edit user", "Delete user" or switch a user list filter between only active users or all users.
  5. To create a new user click "Create new user"

    Note: First Name and Last name together must be unique. Email adress also must be unique. Click save to create an user and to edit his profile. 
    Note: ! Fill correct email address because it si used for communication.

  6. Edit user profile

    Note: Set Active user flag for user who you need to be able to log in to SprinxCRM. Only active users count to a licensed number of users.
    Note: Add "RoleSystemAdministrator" role to an user who you need to act as a SprinxCRM administrator, it will gain full privilages.
