How To: Make MapReports work on your SprinxCRM online

Step 1: Set up online.sprinxcrm.com as a trusted site and enable displayed mixed content

1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2. Click the Security tab, and then click the Trusted sites.

3. Click the Sites button. See step 3 in the image below.

   

4. In the Add this Web site to the zone box, write https://online.sprinxcrm.com/ (if you have SprinxCRM installed and registered online) or http://localhost/SprinxCRM (if you have installed SprinxCRM Free Edition directly on your PC/server; make sure the checkbox "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone") and then click Add button. See the image below.

   

5. Click the Close button.

6. Now you see the same window as in step 3. Click Custom level... button.

7. Scroll down the list of settings until you find the one titled “Displayed mixed content”

8. Select "Enable"

   

9. Click "OK" to exit the Security settings

Step 2: Enable choices for the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting

1. Select the “Custom Level” button in the Security tab

   

2. Scroll down the list of settings until you find the one titled “Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting”

3. Select "Enable"

   

4. Click “OK” to exit the Security Settings screen

5. “OK” to exit the Internet Options screen.
