Error "Your license key is corrupt"
Problem



Version: mainly 5.0.7 and 6; Start registered users.

Solution

If you install Sprinx CRM and when pasting the license, there appears error "Your license key is corrupt", there can be one solution - when you paste the license key to fully installed application. Following these steps will help you with that:
  1. Cancel actual installation and run it again, choose language, type of installation "Sprinx CRM Start"; finish the installation.
  2. Then run CRM with shortcut "Sprinx CRM Web Client" in menu Start, folder Sprinx Systems.
  3. When application is running, notice link located "Sprinx CRM..." down-left on the page; click on this link, a window with product informations appears with a button "Add License".



     
  4. After you press this button, there you will see the text field where you should paste the license key (just open the file with text editor, click into text, press CTRL+A, CTRL+C, then click back to the window, click to the text field and press CTRL+V. After that click on "Save" button.


     
  5. If even then you still receive the error with corrupted license, you can try to obtain new license key, if you send us email with old key and description of problem (or. link to this article). After analyzing your problem we can create you new license key, which should be fully working.
