If you are using Internet Explorer, please add Sprinx CRM to the security zone using the following instructions:

    1.    click on the Tools menu - Internet Options.
    2.    select the Security tab and go to Local intranet.

    

    3.    Click on the Sites button and than the Advanced button.
    4.    Enter the Sprinx CRM URL (e.g. http://localhost/SprinxCRM) into the Add this website to the zone field and confirm by clicking the Add button.

    

    5.    Close all Internet Explorer windows and navigate back to the Sprinx CRM application.
