1 SprinxCRM Support business hours are 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM, US Pacific, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2 SprinxCRM Premium support is provided 24/7 excluding holidays.
3 SprinxCRM Extended support monthly fee includes one support ticket (30 min) if effort exceeds 30 minutes extra time is charged on hourly rate $70.
4 Technical assistance service, consultancy and other profesional services are provided at scheduled hours upon receival of an order.

What are the different levels of support?

 
 

There are three levels of support. Community Support is included with every subscription of SprinxCRM Online or SprinxCRM Download of all editions. Check your order history to determine whether you purchased Extended or Premium Support.


Community Support includes online support with the ability to submit an unlimited number of support questions on our Community Forum.

Extended SprinxCRM Online Support offers significantly faster response times compared to the standard support, unlimited case management and access through phone service. This is the ideal support package for elaborate installations or companies who require prompt access to our in-house expertise. This package is available for SprinxCRM Online subscriptions only for an additional fee.

Premium Support offers SprinxCRM highest level of support, including access to our in-house experts 24 x 7 x 365 for Priority 1 issues. Premium Support customers are assigned a support representative as a single point of contact to manage SprinxCRM deployments from inception to roll-out to upgrade. Premium Support is the best choice for large companies where SprinxCRM is a mission critical application.
