Sprinx Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of CRM (Customer Relations Management) software solutions and related business marketing applications. We are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, and have a proven business model. We have grown steadily since our inception in 1996 and currently enjoy worldwide distribution of our product in key international markets throughout Europe.


As a result of our recent expansion into the United States, we are now seeking Sales Coordinators to participate in growing our already-established U. S. customer base. This is a part-time, home-based postion. With complete flexibility in hours, this is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income.


Our potential candidate should be a great communicator . . . whether on the telephone, on the internet, or in-person . . . as well as someone who is process-driven and goal oriented. As this is a sales-support position, no direct sales experience is required. Leads will be provided as will complete training, at no cost. Computer literacy is a must.

Travel is not required. Sales Coordinators may qualify for future travel to corporate meetings in Prague, as well as to other cities in Europe and the U.S. to attend conventions, trade shows and training sessions (of course, at the expense of Sprinx).


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development:
Follow-up on leads (provided by Sprinx) via telephone, internet and/or in-person presentations; coordinate product demonstration(s) to interested prospects; develop and forward price quotations.

Current Customer Retention:
Provide on-line customer service assistance, as needed, to current customers.

Sales Administration:
Provide support to a variety of sales-related activities including the development and coordination of sales presentations and “webinars”.


OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic that is characterized by a high degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and high-energy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality.
  • Intelligent and interested in technology-based products. Sprinx will provide complete product training (at no cost).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint; familiarity with Word and Excel
  • Access to a computer equipped with Windows Professional (or higher).

COMPENSATION

  • Commission-based. Sprinx will provide leads on a daily basis. Commission structure is 50% of new licenses sold in the U.S., with immediate process to claim and collect.

ADDITIONAL

  • Location: Home-based, United States area.
  • Travel: not required. Eventually, the Sales Coordinator may qualify to travel to corporate meetings in Prague, as well as to other cities in Europe and the U.S. to attend conventions, trade shows and training sessions (at the expense of Sprinx).
